Congress Park Neighbors voted to support or deny National Jewish Health's request for rezoning at the Congress Park Neighborhood assembly on June 8, 2011. The majority of these neighbors voted to oppose the new zoning for National Jewish on the National Jewish campus

New Development on E. Colfax ahead !!!

On August 25th a meeting was held by Rosen Properties and South City Park Neighbors to discuss the future development of property on East Colfax formerly known as Rosen Novak Ford and John Elway Motors. On September 7, a second meeting will occur to discuss in further depth how the site will be designed as to where the building will be located, associated parking locations, and the location of deliveries/servicing. A grocery store on this site has been discussed as a possibility.
The meeting will be held at the Montview Manor penthouse, 1650 Steele St. September 7, 7:00-8:30 P.M.
