LETTER FROM THE TELLER BACK PACK PROGRAM

Congress Park Neighbors, Inc Posted on September 9, 2020 by adminSeptember 28, 2020
Dear Backpack Friends Community,
We are deeply grateful for your continued support over the years. This year we are continuing our program with some temporary changes as families are in a very food deprived place with few resources.   We are fortunate to have Teller’s full support but will not be able to enter the school to distribute food until it’s safe to do so. Instead, we will be sending out food gift cards in continuation of last years contingency plan during this pandemic. We received positive feedback from our families and plan of keeping the program up and running. Any donation however small (or large) will be much appreciated.  When we return, we’ll enjoy seeing old time volunteers and any newly interested ones.  We are a loving community and grieve the loss of contact with our families.   We hope to see you soon, stay safe and many thanks,
The Backpack Friends Community.
Please Donate on our website by selecting “Donate using Paypal” https://backpackfriends.wordpress.com or send any donations to Sandy Parker, 1608 Cook Street, Denver 80206.
