Established and incorporated in 1978 Congress Park Neighbors, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization and is one of  Denver’s oldest Registered Neighborhood Organizations.  Your tax-deductible annual dues support the newsletter, special mailings about hot issues, our website, events like the annual Ice Cream Social, committees  and ongoing activities to benefit the neighborhood.  Our EIN is 84-1283438 and we are registered with Denver Community Planning and Development.

Membership is open to residents and business/property owners in
Congress Park.

*Only Members in good standing are eligible to vote or run for office. Good standing, as defined by our bylaws, are members who obtained membership a minimum of 3 months prior to the annual meeting held in December

Its boundaries are 6th Ave to E. Colfax Ave and York St to Colorado Blvd

Annual dues are:

Individual/Household $20
Patron $30
Business $40
