Jackson Street Storm Drain Project October 22, 2020 The City and County of Denver is continuing its work on a new storm drain system to provide greater flood protection during heavy rainstorms to Congress Park residents, National Jewish Health (NJH) patients and staff, and local businesses. Colfax Avenue, which will require temporary, full lane closures across Colfax around Jackson Street.
