CBHD Board Members and Guests:
The CBHD will be holding its regularly scheduled board meeting on Thursday May 1st at 4:00 p.m. at National Jewish Health – Heitler Hall. Please enter the building immediately across the sidewalk from the Molly Blank entrance.
Robert Miller of Studio PBA will give an update on the Broadstone at 9th project. Mr. Miller is the architect working with Alliance Residential on the design. He will discuss the various building  materials, facades and colors that are expected to be used. Representatives from Alliance will also be present.
Continuum Partners will not give an update at this meeting as they are in the middle of their due diligence period which ends on May 20th. We hope to have them present an update at the June meeting of the CBHD.
