More than 20,000 athletes are anticipated to participate in the Kaiser Permanente Colfax Marathon on Sunday, May 19, 2019.
The Colfax Marathon is in its 14th year and has been grateful to receive the support and following of so many in and around the Denver Metro area. Thank you for being participants, spectators and neighbors supporting a great event here in Denver.
To provide a safe environment for this year race, the cities of Aurora, Denver and Lakewood will have temporary traffic impacts along Colfax Avenue on Sunday, May 19, 2019. While travel on Colfax Avenue will be restricted, normal traffic patterns will resume as soon as it’s safe for athletes, spectators and motorists.
