What about alleys that are not draining properly toward the street? I live at 1365 Jackson St and the section of the alley that is right behind my house is become a water collection area and surveying the slope of the alley that drains from 13th Ave to 14th Ave does not draining as it should. Is it possible to have this part of the alley resurfaced to allow for better drainage from South to the North??
