Over the past year someone has been misusing the congresparkneighbors.org email to register well over a dozen complaints about neighbors through 311. Congress Park Neighbors RNO has always urged neighbors to talk directly with each other to solve issues in the neighborhood before turning to city agencies for remedies. This misuse and misrepresentation has caused difficulties for our neighbors and this behavior breeds bad will between neighbors. If you know who is misusing our email, please contact us at cpnnotify@congressparkneighbors.org. City departments and the police have been notified of the issue.
