Dear Community Stakeholder,

Denver’s Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (DOTI) is designing a neighborhood bikeway for E 12th Ave from N Madison St to N Yosemite St. This neighborhood bikeway includes improvements to prioritize people walking, biking, or making local vehicle trips. We created a survey to hear directly from the community and it has officially launched! We appreciate your help in sharing the conceptual design survey with your neighbors, friends, constituents, and the community.

If we haven’t already been in touch to schedule a one-on-one briefing, please let me know if you’re interested and I can schedule a meeting for you with Ellen Forthofer, Project Manager from DOTI. She is meeting with community members to provide an overview of the project, discuss the community survey, and to hear your thoughts on proposed changes and improvements! These small-group meetings are designed to advance community conversations first held in 2015 to and move this project toward into construction, which is anticipated to begin in 2022.

In addition to these small-group meetings, we will be engaging with the public for a Virtual Community Meeting on Tuesday March 23^rd from 5:30-6:30p.
